I cant help but appreciate the irony.
i was sitting around with the boyfriend and zai at kc when i saw raihanah. hmmm. =) i miss her! and all the other 206 girls - fina ; zu ; odhah ; phat ; raihanah ; sharul and cass! though we had our lil mini conflicts last time, and how we all would laugh it off if ever we were to get reunited back on how silly our conflicts was all about, its kinda hard to forget your first few friends in secondary school.
even though all of us went our seperate ways and its really hard to see us all together again. i cant help but think that each and everyone of them, whether close or not, somehow contribute to the person i am today.
its funny how things tend to fall into place only when everyone is living in their seperate lives. when all of us got promoted to sec 3, as the terms and semesters pass by, all of us sort of became the hi-bye friends usually during recess or during the triple s or after school. and we only hung out with the only cliques we felt comfortable in, and with, to let our feelings show and known by them.
they have became my friends to bestfriends to my, sometimes sad to say, enemy. but all of us manage to pull through that phase of being enemies or should i say, hated by the other, and mend all wrongs and start off again as friends. a brand new start like the very first time when you entered a whole new world and usually the very first known line that you would say would be, 'Hi, im nisa. You are?'
sometimes, its true when people say its hard to let go. like, you`ve known that person for almost your four years in secondary school. you know that person inside and out. you know their family friends boyfriends etc. and the worse part is that you`ve been through thick and thin with them. and sometimes, you care tooo much about them but theres nothing you can do cause of the chasm you`ve created due to the certain conflict/misunderstandin/fight you had or simply the everyday not catching up and suddenly you`re fading away kinda thing.
and to me, sometimes when you havent seen these long seen friends for ages, a hug is so much well deserved and it just explains the feeling of iwishyouwerehere to see where i am today without the feeling of any awkwardness.
i mean, bottomline, i miss all of them. and i cant help it but think of all the fun times we had. god, they are my first, FIRST friends in secondary school sia! the part or phase where you start to mature and all and they're the ones there to help you pull through that very eeekyverysusah to handleandunderstand secondary school life!
as the boyfriend would say, " reminisce.. " hah.
but im still greatful to the girlfriend for being there for me all this while. =) and also the boyfriend for going through all the deepshits with me. ahh.
brr. i miss all of them. =/
i hope everyone is doing fine.
hope to see them all soon.
much love,
nisa.
=)
